Presenting your WSNA Contract (2026 – 2029) 

Your WSNA Contract is now available!

You can now access your WSNA Contract online. It became ‘effective February 2, 2026, and shall remain in full force and effect to and including February 28, 2029.’  A few tips to maximize your wins: 

Review and verify. 

  • Are you being paid accurately?
  • Review all pay rate and premium increases 

Adhere to grievance timelines.

  • Be vigilant and proactive 
  • Review the grievance procedure under Article 16
  • Reach out to your Local Unit Officers or WSNA Nurse Rep timely

Contract enforcement. 

  • You bargained a strong contract, now enforce it! 
  • Your grievance and arbitration process – know it, use it

Leadership development. 

  • Learn how to be a strong Union advocate (take advantage of trainings and learning opportunities)
  • Participate in Union activities and stay engaged

WSNA Case Managers MOU Vote

Join us for the Seattle Pride Parade! (First 25 nurses to RSVP will get a free WSNA Pride T-shirt)

  • WSNA has partnered with Pride at Work to be in the Seattle Pride Parade on Sunday June 28! We'll be joining with a number of other unions to celebrate LGBTQIA+ rights in downtown Seattle along 4th Ave. Allies, friends, and family are welcome to join!
  • RSVP for updates via text because our meetup location and time is TBD.
