We have a RATIFIED Contract

The results are in! We unanimously voted ‘YES’ to ratify a new contract after nearly a year and a half of rigorous bargaining. Our 2026 – 2029 contract will now move through the County’s implementation process for finalization. Thank you for your engagement and for taking the time to vote.
Contract Highlights:
- We fought for and WON numerous contractual improvements and gains
- We fought off many significant takeaways
- Our contract includes a market standard Longevity Wage Scale that we can build on in future negotiations
- It includes FULL retro payment
