A Rally to Remember and Next Steps
Posted Sep 29, 2025

On September 27, we took our message to the streets with community members by our side. The rally was energized and filled with passionate speeches about:
- The importance of Public Health (PH) to our community
- Critical services provided by PH Nurses
- Community members’ fear about loss of PH services and much needed support
- Why PH Nurses deserve a FAIR CONTRACT NOW
Check out some photos, media and social media from the rally!
What are Next Steps?
- We continue to FIGHT for a fair contract and escalate our voices
- We continue to STRENGTHEN our power and garner community support
- We STRATEGIZE next steps to get the County to respectfully engage with us
