Negotiation update #1

We met for our first contract negotiation session with the county on Oct. 7, 2020. Both sides exchanged nearly all of our proposals. You will not be surprised to hear that our initial wage proposals are very far apart. We have a lot of work to do as we comb through the county’s many proposals and understand all the ways they will impact the supervisors and managers. Our next confirmed bargaining session is Oct. 27.

Help us get the best contract by becoming a member of WSNA. Being a member is the first step in standing in solidarity with us.
