Announcing Nurse Representative Change

Starting Friday, January 9, 2026Robin Cully will be serving as the WSNA Representative for Skagit Regional Health nurses. Jaclyn Smedley Nurse Rep will resume assignments locally in her home area of Spokane, WA.

Robin is a registered nurse with nearly 10 years of clinical experience and has worked with WSNA for more than 6 years in a variety of roles. Robin brings substantial labor and union experience, including service as a Teamster shop steward and as a WSNA Co-chair at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham. Robin has represented nurses in collective bargaining, grievances, organizing efforts, and other matters involving mandatory subjects of bargaining.

As a near lifelong, and current resident of Skagit Valley he is excited to assist and advocate for nurses employed by one of the largest local health care providers in the community. He recently assisted with finalizing the resolution, of the rest between shifts grievance WIN for Skagit RNs ensuring more nurses received owed retro pay. Robin is excited to support the Hospital Staffing Committee members as well to ensure improved staffing and safe staffing for our nurses.
