Incentive pay update

Following up on our last notification on Aug. 12 regarding the vaccine mandate, WSNA has negotiated an extra shift incentive! This should be implemented within the next week – we’ll know exactly when soon and will get back to you with additional information.

Nurses will receive incentive pay as follows:

$225 (12 hour shift),

$200 (10 hour shift),

$175 (8 hour shift),

$100 (less than 8 hour shift).

This is in addition to the time and a half pay for extra shifts already in our contract.

Stay tuned for more information!
