Recently Management approached WSNA and your Local Unit Officers and discussed creating a new classification called “Clinical Nurse”, as well as implementing a pay lag system for some nurses of the bargaining unit. An agreement has been reached, and both MOU’s (Memorandum of Understandings) are ready to be put for a vote.
