After thirteen bargaining sessions, Management finally heard us and accorded us the respect we had sought since we started negotiations. With the help of a commissioner from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, we received a proposal that we can finally bring to you with our recommendation to vote YES!

The tentative agreement details that you will be voting on are located below. We will have bargaining team members, the WSNA Attorney, and WSNA Nurse Rep available to answer your questions. Copies of the legislative or redline versions of the contract will be available for review. Summaries will be available at the vote.
