WSNA at St. Joe's Update

Check in with your WSNA Board Members and see what work we’ve been doing after contract ratification.

There will be a virtual Sip N Chat on Monday 10/20 from 1600-1700, where you can come and ask any questions you may have, and hear updates and contract reminders from your elected WSNA board members.

Then we will also be hanging out in the cafeteria on Tuesday 11/4 from 1130 to 1500.  Stop by our table, pick up some WSNA swag and candy, meet your board members, and check-in for a chance to win a Fred Meyer gift card.

Can’t make it to either event, but still looking to stay in the loop? Visit our local unit homepage. We have contact information listed for your WSNA board members, our 2025-2028 contract posted under “Documents”, links to our social media pages, and if you scroll to the bottom you’ll see all the most recent newsletters that we have sent out via email, in chronological order (most recent first). This is a handy spot to bookmark!

Lastly, as a reminder, you can read up about your rights to representation during an investigatory meeting here. In short, any meeting that could lead to disciplinary action, you can ask to have a union rep present- and the hospital must honor your request. These are also referred to as your Weingarten Rights.

If you have any questions or concerns that arise, feel free to reach out to one of your WSNA board members or Jared Richardson, our WSNA rep (at jrichardson@wsna.org ).
