We’ve once again put forward the 25-year compressed wage scale — a bold and fair plan that redistributes the funds from step 26 and above across the entire scale and eliminates all ghost steps. That means real wage growth for every nurse. Check out our wage proposal here.

We believe our proposal is more than reasonable—and we’re hopeful that today is the day we can reach a deal that honors the dedication and skill of every nurse at St. Joe’s.
