Important update

We received notices regarding PeaceHealth changes to the current practice of rounding clock-in and clock-out to by the minute. We have informed PeaceHealth that it is illegal to implement these changes without bargaining with the union.

We are scheduled to bargain over these changes, in particular over the negative affect they will have on the nurses' pay, on Tuesday, March 7.

These are unilateral changes until they bargain. They didn’t offer the bargain, they just told us they were going to implement them.

We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
