Tomorrow, April 7, your elected Board members and Nurse Rep Jared will be in the cafeteria from 1115 to 1330. Stop by, ask questions, and get the latest updates on what is happening in your unit and across the hospital. We will have candy on hand, and everyone who stops by will be entered to win a $25 Fred Meyer gift card.

We are also hosting an offsite, in person Union meet up from 1800 to 2000 at Stemma West Brewery. This is a chance to connect with your coworkers outside the hospital, build relationships, and talk through issues in a more relaxed setting.

Two Scholarships Still Available: WSNA Leadership Conference

We still have two open spots for the WSNA Leadership Conference, April 26 to 28 in Wenatchee.

The scholarship includes:

• Free conference registration worth $150
• Reimbursement for mileage, lodging, and meals, up to $450

The deadline to register is April 13, 2026.

Accepting a scholarship means committing to serve as a Union Steward for the remainder of the contract. The conference includes hands-on training to build the skills you need to represent your coworkers and enforce your contract.
