News you can use

Nurses’ Week is only 2 Months Away!

Nurses’ week is quickly approaching and will be held this year May 6th-12th. We have big plans to celebrate all you do, including breakfast for all nurses, prize giveaways, contests and more. It’s going to be a great time, but we need your help! We are looking for nurses to volunteer to be part of the WSNA nurses' week planning committee. This is open to any WSNA nurse at St. Joe’s and duties would include coordinating with the local unit officers to plan a weeklong bash that will be just as awesome as the nurses at SJMC.

Contact your unit rep, a local unit officer, or your nurse representative Jared Richardson If you want to help.

Pre-Negotiation Survey Closes April 15?

Worried about Tax Day? Take one worry off your plate by filing out your pre-negotiation survey before it closes on 4/15/2024. This survey is paramount in ensuring that we bring the issues most important to you to the bargaining table when negotiating the next contract. We have already heard from hundreds of nurses at St. Joe’s, but we know there are still voices that need to be heard. Use your voice today and join your fellow union nurses in letting SJMC management know what matters to you! Fill out the survey by following the link below.

Questions, contact WSNA Nurse Representative Jared Richardson at jrichardson@wsna.org.
