Night Shift Longevity Incentive - Are you on the List?

SJMC failed to pay the contractual Night Shift Longevity Incentive which was to be paid on December 26, 2025.

Hospital leadership is aware and are working to get this paid to qualifying night shift nurses. Expected payout is February 6.

WSNA has filed a grievance for failure to follow contract language.

If you would like to know if you are slated for the Incentive, send an email to Nurse Rep Janet Stewart - jstewart@wsna.org or send me a text message at (206) 735-6484.

Interested in Stepping up to become a Union Leader?

Your current officers are seeking members to help lead the team, either as an officer or a unit representative/steward. As we gear up for Negotiations 2027, we need a strong foundation to inform and ignite our bargaining unit members. There are different roles; we'd like to help you find the right one for you.  Talk to one of the current officers or Nurse Rep. The upcoming WSNA Leadership Conference is the perfect place to get the training.
