New pay incentives effective immediately

DTI – As is, no change.

Spot Pay - Increase to $30.00/hour and open to all shifts, all departments regardless of when the shift is picked up.

12 Week Part Time Extra Shift Commitment - The intent of this program is to encourage part time nurses to commit to working additional shifts in advance, over the 12 week period so as to build stability into the schedule in advance. The completion bonus is payable every 4 weeks assuming the nurse works all shifts scheduled during the 4 week period. Part time nurses with scheduled or unplanned PTO/EIB will not be eligible for the completion bonus for the 4 week

$30 per hour paid in current pay period for extra shift worked

$400 bonus for working 4 additional shifts – paid every 4 weeks

2 extra shifts/week

$30 per hour paid in current pay period for extra shift worked

$800 bonus for working 8 additional shifts – paid every 4 weeks

3 extra shifts/week

$30 per hour paid in current pay period for extra shift worked

$1200 bonus for working 12 additional shifts – paid every 4 weeks

Weekend Incentive- $600 per extra shift worked on a Saturday and/or Sunday

  1. Offered in any situation where beds will be closed; to avoid divert status; or to avoid canceling procedures
  2. DTI and Spot pay, if applicable, would be in addition to this incentive
  3. Weekend defined as:
    1. 12 hour shifts: Friday Shift 3 through Sunday Shift1
    2. 8 hour shifts: Friday Shift 2 through Sunday Shift 2

Prescheduled Call Incentive Procedural Units - $250 per call shift

  1. Paid if a nurse signs up for an unfilled prescheduled call shift in advance or on short notice
  2. Paid in a lump sum in addition to standby and callback, as applicable.
