Extra Shift Incentive MOU Expiring

Your union reached out to St. Luke’s to ask if they would renew the Extra Shift Incentive MOU that is set to expire June 30, 2023. We have heard back that St. Luke’s is NOT willing to renew this incentive at this time and as such, it will expire. All overtime and extra shift work payments will fall under the current terms of the collective bargaining agreement. We have communicated to them that we are always open to negotiating incentives that reward the hard work of our nurses should they choose to see the value in that.
