Extra Shift Incentive LOU

WSNA and Provi­dence St. Luke’s Rehabil­i­ta­tion have updated a letter of under­standing addressing issues related to shift incen­tives to facil­i­tate increasing and maintain staffing levels for St. Luke’s nurses. Your St. Luke’s officers advocated to change the program to address staffing needs.
Incen­tives are as follows for nurses working on inpatient units:

  • 100.00 per shifts of (4) hours – all shifts.
  • 150.00 per shift for day shifts of (8) hours, 200.00 for day shifts of (12) hours 200.00 per shift for evening shifts of (8) hours, 250.00 for night shifts of (8) hours, 300.00 for night shifts of (12) hours in addition to any other compen­sa­tion required by law or the collec­tive bargaining agreement.
  • Per diem nurses will be eligible after working (24) hours during a work week.
