Turn St. Luke’s BLUE!

Blue horn

We return to the bargaining table this Friday October 18, 2024, for our 12th session of negotiations. That’s right. 12. That means in addition to their regular work requirements, your team has sat with Management 11 days negotiating. We are making progress, but now is the time to cross the finish line and reach a full tentative agreement!

We need YOU to help us cross the finish line!

First things first

Say thank you to a bargaining team member today!! They are in every session for you asking for improvements to your wages and working conditions.

Attend bargaining as an observer

This helps keep our process transparent and holds management accountable. Come hear from management yourself. If you’re available to join our next session as an observer, text your WSNA Nurse Representative Alle Machorro on 206-707-2048.

Become an eligible voting WSNA member today

Membership matters. We are very close to reaching agreement on several hot topics at the bargaining table. Some of those are wages, retirement, staffing committee, and how low census is applied. When you become a member management knows nurses are paying attention. This will help the team cross the finish line on issues important to you! Join here

Turn St. Luke’s BLUE!

Wear your blue scrubs, WSNA t shirt, “I support my bargaining team” button or sticker (found on your WSNA bulletin board). Why? It shows management that the nurses at St. Luke’s are listening and following negotiations. To get a fair contract now we need every nurse supporting the bargaining efforts in the manner they are able. Not working Friday? Wear your WSNA t shirt in the community and send us a picture! We still have WSNA T-shirts available if you want one!

Here are some pictures you’ve seen before but shine light on the unity we’ve built throughout this campaign! Use them as inspiration for the pics you take and send to us Friday. Text or email them to a bargaining team member or Alle Machorro 206-707-2048.
