Extra shift incentive

WSNA and Providence St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Institute entered into a letter of understanding addressing issues related to shift incentives in order to facilitate increasing and maintain staffing levels for St. Luke’s nurses.

Incentives are as follows for nurses working on inpatient units:

  • 150.00 per shift for shifts of (8) hours, 200.00 per shift for shifts of (12) hours in addition to any other compensation required by law or the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Per diem nurses will be eligible after working (24) hours during a work week.
