Your WSNA officers met with administration yesterday to discuss schedule pattern changes and bring your concerns to light. We have reached an agreement for a multi-step solution in collaboration with administration.

A survey has been sent by St. Luke’s to assess your desire to bid on new patterns by seniority rather than a first come, first serve basis. This survey will close on Monday, May 24, 2021.

St. Luke’s has committed to aggressively recruit new staff for open positions.

A committee will be formed with WSNA St. Luke’s leadership and administration to address fall schedule patterns and will begin work almost immediately.

We addressed concerns relating to preplanned vacations and communication regarding the proposed changes and brought your voice to the ears of management.

We cannot do this work without you. We need your help in talking to your coworkers about the importance of union membership.

On Wednesday, May 26, your WSNA representative will be in the café from 1200-1400 to meet with you, answer questions and hear your concerns.
