The Tacoma General CBA is set to expire December 31, 2022. We have started reaching out to you for your input, but we have a lot more action in the coming weeks.

Our first bargaining session will be on October 10, 2022. We will provide updates via email and on the TG Facebook page.

How to Become Involved

The bargaining unit is our number one priority, so we will be scheduling time to speak to you directly. Please monitor your email closely for dates of these events, currently TBD. Meet with your WSNA Reps and bargaining team to discuss concerns, have your questions answered, discuss the CBA, and talk about strategies so you can increase momentum going into negotiations.

Our power comes from the willingness of registered nurses to stand together; our strength is in unity! Remember, in order for WSNA to be an effective, strong and influential voice at the negotiation table, we need every member involved and working together.

Cafeteria Time- We will be available on site so you can meet the team and ask questions.

Chat and Sip- We will be scheduling informal online meetings so you can talk to the team in the comfort of your own home. Bring a drink of your choice.

Rounding-We will be stopping by individual units to discuss concerns specific to you. Please take the time to talk to us about issues on your unit.

Local Unit Meetings- We want to make sure that we are reaching as many people as possible, so we will be having hybrid meetings (in person and online) to give updates to our members.
