Update on Contract Implementation – Premium and Shift Differentials

After we demanded an immediate explanation from MultiCare regarding the delayed wage increases, MultiCare has responded.

They acknowledged that the increases missed the payroll cutoff date and apologized for the delay. MultiCare indicated that the premium and shift differentials are now being finalized and will take effect this current pay period. They also confirmed that retroactive pay will be included, backdated to February 8, to ensure nurses receive the full amount owed.

We will continue to monitor this closely to ensure this issue is resolved and retroactive payments are implemented accurately and in full.

Thank you for your continued solidarity. We will provide further updates as needed.
