Per diem nurse accretion bargaining vote

We’re excited to share that our accretion bargaining vote to formally welcome per diem nurses into our bargaining unit is happening next week on Wednesday, April 22 from 7 AM to 7 PM.

This is a meaningful step forward! Bringing more nurses together, strengthening our collective voice, and building a more unified and equitable workplace for all.

What This Tentative Agreement Means (Quick Highlights)

• Union Representation for Per Diem RNs
• Just Cause Protections and access to the grievance process
• Continuing Education Funds ($100 annually)
• Access to Existing Programs like incentive pay and retirement
• Seniority Recognition based on original Tacoma General hire date

How to Vote

Voting will take place electronically via Election Buddy. You will receive your ballot as a unique link sent directly to your email. This link is individualized and can only be used once, so please do not share it.
