Last year's winner - Betty N.  from CP14!

“I’ve looked up to Betty since I started as a nurse 5 years ago. She has shown resilience through difficult times, always gets her work done efficiently like a true professional, asks others if they need help, and works hard even through personal difficulties. She is who you want on your team. If she’s at the top of the hallway, you know those beds are good. If she's in charge, you know she is hard at work supporting everyone.”

“Betty has always been a very kind and compassionate nurse who creates a positive environment around her. She always steps in to help even if not asked to. She is the Wikipedia of our unit and she has been a tremendous help ever since I started at VM.”
