2025 Race for Campus Safety - Pullman, Washington - Lauren McCluskey Foundation
Check out pictures from WSNA nurses who volunteered at the first aid stations last year!
WSNA and The Lauren McCluskey Foundation:
The Lauren McCluskey Foundation is a non-profit organization established in honor of Lauren Jennifer McCluskey, a University of Utah student-athlete who was tragically murdered by a man she briefly dated in 2018.
The Washington State Nurses Association is proud to partner with the Lauren McCluskey Foundation to host the aid stations for Lauren’s Lap. By working together, we can change the culture that responds poorly to dating violence on campuses and create a safer, more supportive environment for everyone.
Race Day:
Pre-race festivities begin at 9am with music, food trucks, and a fun inflatable racecourse. There will be speakers just before the race starts at 10am and there are 2 FREE women’s self-defense classes at the Residence Inn following the race at 1p and 3:30p. Click the link below to sign up if you’re interested.
