KRONOS - Update on the WSNA Lawsuit

WSNA was in court today seeking a temporary restraining order that would prevent Virginia Mason from being able to deduct money from nurses’ paychecks without their permission, if they were overpaid during the KRONOS outage. Unfortunately, the judge did not grant that order so at this time, deductions will continue. We will continue with the lawsuit and will provide updates as they occur.

WSNA continues to hear that nurses have been unable to get their questions answered regarding the methodology that was used to calculate overpayment or underpayments. If you were overpaid and have been unable to understand what is being withheld or are disputing the amount you were overpaid, please contact WSNA. This would include issues with vacation or sick time.

If you have questions, please contact your nurse rep, Sara Frey – sfrey@wsna.org
