Vacation Donation to Negotiation Team

Hello Fellow Union Members!

We finally have a contract, albeit a 1-year contract, however it gets some money in our pockets and some new scrubs for us to wear! Your negotiations team will be back at the table next spring to work towards the many other items you wanted as well as new ones we anticipate hearing from you.

Your negotiations team spent 7 of their days and multiple conference calls without pay at the negotiation tables working toward this contract, however you have an opportunity to help offset some of that for us!

You can donate some of your vacation time toward helping us recoup some of those hours we have spent at the tables and VM has agreed to match what you donate!!! So please donate something toward the cause.

We do this not for the vacation time or any kind of recognition or reward. We negotiate because each of us is passionate about our union and working toward getting the very best benefits and contract that we can-we believe you all deserve the very best because you are the very best!

Thank you for your consideration.

Your Negotiations Team,

Janelle Coy, Kari Benning, Natasza Lorenz, Sue Dunn, Sue Baek, Sam Asencio, Jane Hill-Littlejohn
