Changes to the Baylor MOU

WSNA recently met with HR regarding assigned FTEs for nurses who will be working in a Baylor position. The hospital has determined that while nurses will be paid as a 0.9 (days)/1.0 (nights) those positions are 0.6 FTEs which affects the way vacation, seniority and possibly other areas of the contract are administered. WSNA had understood these to be 0.9/1.0 FTE positions, so it was necessary to address this further in the MOU and as a result, there were some minor adjustments, primarily in regard to vacation accrual and usage. You can find the MOU on document bar of this page. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to your Nurse Rep.
