Negotiation update: Making progress

We were in bargaining for our 4th session on Friday, March 18. We are still making good progress on all our substantive issues. The hospital did not have a response on wages today, but we are anticipating receiving it at the next session. Some of the gains we saw today were on training and orientation, education and professional reimbursement, and other premiums. Our next session is on March 31. Are you able to support your negotiation team? They have put in a lot of work and are not being paid. If you would like to donate PTO, please see the MOU for more information and download the form to be submitted.

We also still have paid spots available for the WSNA Leadership Conference on April 24-26 at Campbell’s Resort in Lake Chelan. Contact your nurse rep or organizer for more information. You can find information about the conference here https://www.wsna.org/calendar/union-leadership-conference/.
