Tentative Agreement details – your team recommends a YES vote

We, your negotiation team, met on Friday, April 8 for our 6th session. We are excited to share that we have reached a tentative agreement! We believe this agreement provides some great improvements to our wages, hours and working conditions and strongly recommend a YES vote. You can find the details in the Vote Summary posted online. If you have any questions, please contact your nurse representative or one of the bargaining team members.

Time to vote!

We will be holding the vote on Tuesday, April 19 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. and 6 – 8:30 p.m. and the location will be the AB and C HEC rooms. You must be a member in good standing to be eligible to vote. You can find the membership application at https://www.wsna.org/membershi.... You must vote in person and there is not an option of proxy or absentee voting.

If you have not donated PTO time to your negotiation team to help offset time off to attend negotiations, it would be greatly appreciated. You can donate as little as one hour. If you would like to donate PTO, please see the MOU for more information and download the form to be submitted.
