The contract ratification vote results are in!

Congratulations on your new contract!  Nurses showed up in force to overwhelmingly approve the new contract and it is now in effect.  The redline will remain posted online for your reference and will be replaced by the finalized version (removal of the redline) when available.

PTO donations are appreciated!

After 9 sessions of bargaining, your team has officially dedicated over 70 hours each of unpaid time.  Not only did your team spend time meeting with the employer but met on multiple other occasions to prepare for sessions. Without your amazing bargaining team, this contract would not have been possible. Pease thank your team if you are able by donating what you can for the work they did on your behalf to reach this great agreement.  If you are able to contribute PTO to them, please fill out the PTO donation form today and turn it into at one of the in-person sessions on Aug 7 or to  Sara Frey Nurse Representative at sfrey@wsna.org.

Please stay tuned for opportunities to become more involved in your bargaining unit leadership!  Questions? Please contact one of your officers, a member of the bargaining team, Nurse Rep, Sara Frey sfrey@wsna.org or Organizer Maia Hepburn mhepburn@wsna.org.
