New incentive shift MOU!

In order to provide adequate staffing for safe patient care for periods of high census, acuity peaks and staffing shortages, WSNA and the hospital have agreed on a new incentive shift MOU!

Shifts that management designates as incentive shifts are now worth more than in the previous incentive MOU!  There are several changes that clarify several topics such as - all other compensation outlined in the contract still applies to these shifts and if you have protected sick leave during a pay period in which you worked an incentive shift, you will still receive your incentive pay.  You can find the new MOU on the document bar of this page.
