Bargaining Update - You Made Your Voice Heard

On July 29, when we last met with management, they claimed their 5% raise over two years was the best they could offer.

We pushed back immediately and made it clear: We told them we can’t support this deal, and we’re confident you wouldn’t either.

And you proved us right.

In the advisory vote, 76% of WSNA members voted—and 97% said NO to management’s proposal.

Your message is loud and clear: This offer isn’t enough.

Next steps: Back at the table on Wednesday 8/13

We return to the bargaining table on Wednesday, August 13, ready to keep fighting for your top priorities, including stronger wages and a contract that reflects your value. Stay tuned for details on our next action.
