What is Nurses Shift Change?
For over 20 years, nurses have been the most trusted profession and remain the largest segment of the healthcare workforce. Now, more than ever, we have the opportunity -and responsibility to make shifts and drive change. We are a collective of nurses inspired to act. In today’s climate, we are witnessing policy changes that impact our healthcare system, our workforce and the patients we serve. These shifts require nurses to mobilize, advocate, and take action on the issues that affect us all.
Are you ready to report? It’s time to step up. Take your shift, and make change.
- Mobilize nurses nationwide to advocate for stronger health care policies, workforce protections, and patient centered care.
- Engage with decision-makers to push for sustainable solutions that support nurses and communities we serve.
- Educate and empower nurses to use our collective voice to influence change. Our patients and communities are depending on us. It’s time to report For Your Shift because When Nurses Lead, Change Follows!
