Step It Up Challenge

ANA’s Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation Step It Up in 10 challenges participants to increase their step count over a ten day period. The benefits to getting in 10,000 steps per day are countless. More steps can lead to decreased risk of stroke, improved cholesterol levels and strengthened bones. 10,000 steps may be the target number, but even adding 1,000 extra steps daily can improve your health.

Nurses are busy, so a set workout may not be easy to schedule daily. Just because you can’t hit the gym doesn’t mean you can’t fit more activity in your day!

How many steps can you get in during this 10 day challenge? Starting April 9, join us and sign up!
