PeaceHealth nurses in Bellingham reach tentative agreement for new contract

The Washington State Nurses Association (WSNA) says the union’s new contract has several major improvements from the deal they rejected in March of this year.

Among them is an instant $4.25 hourly raise for all nurses at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center and roughly 3% wage increases in each of the next two years.

WSNA says it’s the highest three-year increases in the bargaining unit’s history.
