We have a Tentative Agreement!

Our WSNA negotiating team recommends a YES vote
The agreement includes:
- 6% raise which will be retroactive to 11/1/2021
 - 3.75% raise 11/1/2022
 - 3.5% raise 11/1/2023
 - Retention bonus up to $1000 in 2022 – paid in March 2022
 - Retention bonus up to $2000 in 2023 – paid February 2023
 - Retention bonus will be prorated based on FTE or hours worked which ever was higher
 - Improved language on cross training
 - Baylor weekend only positions with enhanced pay
 - Created pathway for nurses to return to original unit if transfer does not work out.
 - Increase to overtime pay related to overrun of scheduled procedures
 - Increased standby pay for standby in excess of 50 hours in a pay period
 - Fought off negative proposals to meal and rest periods
 - Fought off PTO proposal and protected current vacation and sick leave language
 - Fought off reductions in rest between shifts pay
