Negotiations update

We had our first meeting with management. Both WSNA and CMC exchanged proposals. We introduced proposals regarding patient safety, staffing, wage and benefits to improve recruitment and retention of nurses at CMC. CMC has not provided us with their economic proposals.

Our next scheduled sessions are September 4, 16, and October 14.

In Solidarity,
Your negotiating team: Katrina Rodstedt, Marin Hershey, Yanis Plakos, and Oneida Duran.

ADO/Staffing Complaint Forms are now online at wsna.org/union/ado. These are reviewed by your Staffing Committee. We encourage you to use the online version. Copies automatically go to the LU (Local Unit) Chair, the co-chairs on the staffing committee, which includes Deanna Griggs. Please include your manager’s email information so a copy goes to them as well.
