The results are in: union nurses in Wenatchee, Omak, and Moses Lake have voted to incorporate Mares campus nurses into the WSNA bargaining unit at Confluence Health!

By voting "yes," WSNA members have chosen to unite Confluence Health Hospital's nurses under a single union contract for the first time ever. That decision adds 94 members to a time-tested bargaining unit, giving registered nurses unprecedented power in their workplaces and raising the bar for nursing wages, benefits, and protections in Central Washington.

Confluence nurses have made it clear that there's more to do; you want more information, more collaboration, and more action. You're also eager to pick bigger fights on behalf of nurses in Wenatchee and beyond. With nurses across Confluence Health working together under one contract, the possibilities ahead are limitless. This vote isn't where the work ends in Wenatchee. This week's showing of solidarity is just the beginning. Tonight, we celebrate a historic win. Tomorrow, we get back to work — protected, united, and stronger than ever.
