Confluence nurses: it's time to vote!

At long last, we have reached a tentative agreement with management on the Mares MOU! All voting members across Confluence Health are eligible to participate in the ratification vote on that MOU, which would create a single, powerful, unified bargaining unit across Confluence Health by adding Mares RNs to the existing WSNA bargaining unit.

The ratification vote will open on April 21, 2026 at 1930 and close on April 23, 2026 at 1930. This will allow for a voting period of 48 hours so that nurses can meet either virtually or in person to have any questions answered as well as ensure that they have received an email ballot. Find all the details on what's in the MOU, what you need to do to vote, and where to ask questions in the newsletter and TA summary linked below.
