Congratulations and welcome

Congratulations and welcome Evergreen Cardiovascular Imaging Center (CVIC) RNs!

Your WSNA bargaining team of registered nurses spent all day on Wednesday, August 7, with Evergreen administrators and management bargaining the inclusion of the CVIC RNs into the WSNA bargaining unit.

We were able to reach a Tentative Agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the terms of their addition to the bargaining unit.

These RNs will be receiving a number of benefits immediately upon a "Yes " vote by the membership. This MOU represents a group that is a mere 3 RNs currently, but is still subject to a vote of the entire membership.

A summary of the terms of this agreement will be available on the WSNA website starting Wednesday August 14. We will be conducting a vote of the entire membership on Tuesday August 27, so stay tuned for time and location.

We are proud to have these RNs become members of WSNA and stand side by side with their RN colleagues for improved wages, hours and working conditions.

In Unity,

Your WSNA Bargaining Team members:

Clarise Mahler RN, ICU
Holly Baker RN, E.D.
Ed Zercher RN, WSNA Nurse Representative
David Campbell WSNA Special Counsel
