WSNA survey of Magnet Status

WSNA is seeking your input on Evergreen Health's request for Magnet status.

Magnet status is awarded to facilities who create a culture in which staff satisfaction and shared governance lead the direction within the hospital.

We are asking you, as staff, if you feel that Evergreen Health is working with you to make this a facility where staff are an active part of decision making, and are able to have meaningful input in the hospital's day to day work.

Please complete the survey using the link below and share your thoughts with us.
