Grievances

  1. Pay Rate
    1. We are asking all the nurses to fill out the WSNA Years of Experience Parity Form and return to your nurse rep, Stephenie Troftgruben ([email protected]), by November 9, 2026, so we can provide the employer with accurate experience for all nurses. An online form can be found at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/K6VKas3sSq.
    2. We have a current grievance over the need for a wage scale, so the more information we have, the better.
  2. Weekend Premium
    1. It has come to WSNA’s attention that several nurses are not receiving the full 10% weekend premium. Please check your paychecks and let me or one of the officers know ASAP.
  3. Per Diem
    1. Our per diem nurses are intended to receive a 10% premium on all hours worked. Workday has since changed their status from per diem to part-time. If this has happened to you, please let me know ASAP.

ADOs

Nurse and patient safety are some of the most important issues we face. Creating a trail of concern is what ADO is for. An ADO is a way for nurses to protect themselves while also calling out unsafe situations. If you encounter a situation that could put you, your nursing license, or a patient in danger, please fill out an ADO.
