Reminder to Vote in our Advisory Action!
Posted July 24, 2026
Our advisory vote is open until 8 PM tonight!
Make sure you cast your vote for our advisory action!
We are recommending everyone to vote NO in the advisory vote to show MultiCare that nurses at Good Sam won’t ratify a contract that takes away our contractual right to free flex and charge nurses on our floors.
You can vote until tonight at 8 PM at this link.
Wednesday 7/29: Strike Captain Training OR a TA Summary Meeting
If we don’t reach an agreement on Monday 7/27, then we will escalate and begin our strike captain trainings on Wednesday. Strike captains will learn how to talk to their coworkers about the possibility of striking and what that would mean. We’ll be going over what strike assessments look like and talk through different scenarios and timelines for a potential strike vote.
OR, if MultiCare agrees to a fair contract, we’ll be holding a meeting to go over a summary of our Tentative Agreement!
Either way, join us at 2PM on Wednesday July 29 to stay informed on our next steps!

MultiCare Doesn’t Care: Share your Story
If you have experienced a situation with MultiCare administration, billing practices, or been sent to collections, we’re asking you to share your story. This is another example of MultiCare’s egregious behavior towards our community – nurses and patients alike have been experiencing inaccurate bills, been sent to collections over small amounts, and have had issues accessing MultiCare’s charity care policy. Our SEIU colleagues have set up a site to share your story about MultiCare’s unethical practices around billing – if you’ve experienced this, please head to their website and share your story!
Join us at bargaining on July 27 to show MultiCare that Good Sam nurses are UNITED for a fair contract!
Our next bargaining date is July 27 at MultiCare University. Observers are welcome from 12-4PM – lunch will be provided! If you’d like to observe or have questions, reach out to WSNA Organizer Grace at glamonte@wsna.org /206-553-9794.
Remember to wear your WSNA blue and sticker up with our SEIU colleagues!
