Negotiations update

On Dec. 29, 2020, your contract negotiation team met with hospital management for the first time. We gave them our opening proposal which was based on your feedback provided to us in the contract negotiation survey. Our proposal is fair and calls on the hospital to make changes that attract and retain quality and committed nurses. Issues such as staffing and workplace violence dominated our initial discussion.

Our next meeting with hospital administration is set for Jan. 22, 2020.
