Negotiations are starting!

WSNA and Grays Harbor Community Hospital are entering contract bargaining on Dec. 29, 2020. Back in October, WSNA approached the hospital about agreeing to another 1 year contract with a modest wage increase after discussing with the nurse leaders on the negotiation team. After a significant delay, the hospital declined and insisted on sitting down to bargain a new contract. As a result, negotiations will begin on Dec. 29.

The members of the Negotiation Team are: Jason Kindle, Ryan Housden, Kala Winter, Bunni Schave, Jennifer Reynolds, Jayme Garrison, Michelle Phillips, Torie Anderson and Kim Scott.

Please contact Travis Elmore, WSNA Nurse Rep at telmore@WSNA.org or 206-575-7979 ext. 3117 with questions, comments or to find out what you can do to get a fair contract!
