Contract negotiations update

On Jan. 22, 2021 your contract negotiation team should have met with hospital management for the 2nd time. After waiting patiently for management, we were notified that they were cancelling…… after our agreed to start time! They stated that they needed the members of the administration available for a DOH inspection.

Your team considered this extremely disrespectful as management knew that the DOH would be in the facility prior to our meeting. Our next meeting with hospital management is set for Feb. 4, 2021.

We are working on scheduling a local unit meeting to discuss negotiations with you in the near future! Stay tuned for details!

In Solidarity,

your negotiating team: - Jason Kindle, Ryan Housden, Kala Winter, Bunni Schave, Jennifer Reynolds, Jayme Garrison, Michelle Phillips, Kim Scott, Torie Andersen
