After four long, intense days of bargaining, we are pleased to announce that we have reached an historic tentative agreement which will result in very significant wage increases and other compensation increases being implemented well before the scheduled expiration of the current contract. Additionally, we secured groundbreaking language on a float pool and workplace violence.

During your vote, you will have the opportunity to review the tentative agreement and ask your bargaining team and WSNA staff any questions you may have. Nurses must be a member in good standing to vote.
