You have a new contract!

Congratulations Holy Family Hospital Nurses! With an overwhelming majority of the nurses voting YES, the contract was ratified on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Special thanks to Taylor Martin, Alecia Frost, and Crystalynn Beier for counting and certifying the vote. This effort by your negotiating team has resulted in a 10.1% wage increase upon ratification and 21.1% over the life of the contract! We made huge gains with increased premiums, new premiums including float and SANE, and a new Workplace Violence Committee. Many thanks to all the nurses who came to support your team through voting and engaging in discussions about the upcoming changes.

Interested in serving on the Workplace Violence Committee or know three nurses that would be? Please send in nominations electronically via the link below or to your nurse rep for this new committee by September 8, 2023.
