We have a contract...now what?

Many of us are asking what’s the next step? Well, the hospital board must vote on accepting the contract. There will be a special meeting next week to do just that. We have received from HR the following important dates for you all to bookmark:

  • April 5, 2021 - Contract wage changes become effective.
  • April 23, 2021 - Wage increases in accordance with the contract will be reflected on this paycheck.
  • April 9, 2021 - Ratification bonus payments for all that eligible will be paid out on this paycheck.

We are optimistic that this will proceed exactly as planned. Feel free to reach out to any of your team members for questions or concerns.

Kimberly A. McClure, RN–Chair
Adrian Fewing, BSN, RN–Vice Chair
Jeanne Chudy, RN–Secretary
Stefanie Meyer, BSN, RN–Treasurer
Kate Scherer, BSN, RN, CEN– Grievance Officer
